About Us

About Jamie Ridge

Jamie Ridge started with a closet full of shirts that didn't fit right — sleeves too long, collars that gapped, fabric that looked sharp in a catalog photo and limp by the second wear. We got tired of buying menswear that photographed well and performed poorly, so we set out to build a line where the two things finally matched.

We keep our range narrow on purpose: men's apparel, and nothing else. Shirts you can wear to work and out for dinner without changing. Outerwear cut to actually move with you. Basics that hold their shape after a dozen washes instead of two. Before anything joins the catalog, we check the weight of the fabric, the way the seams sit, and whether the sizing holds up across the run — not just how it looks in one photo under good lighting.

How Orders Move From Us To You

Jamie Ridge works with a small set of production and fulfilment partners based in Asia, where our garments are made and packed before shipping straight to customers. Cutting out regional warehouses, showrooms, and wholesale middlemen is what lets us keep our catalog honest on price — the number you see at checkout is the number you pay, with no inflate-then-discount pricing games and no fees that appear after the fact.

Once an order leaves our partners in Asia, it's handed to Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS depending on the destination, so every shipment stays trackable from dispatch to your door. You can review carriers and timelines in more detail on our Shipping Policy.
